Embedded in the link is a potentially dangerous program such as a trojan or a virus that is automatically installed to your computer if a pertinent antivirus software is not installed.*

Is it Safe? Most Embarrassing Moment Ever in Beauty Contest Scam
If you have accidentally or intentionally clicked on this misleading message's link, it will post spam messages on your facebook wall. The message becomes visible to your friends and because it appears to have been posted by you, your facebook friends may think that it is about Miss universe 2011 most embarrassing moment video and it safe to see the message. This is how this clickjacking scam spreads when friends click on the link on your wall.
Removal
Remove and stop this clickjacking scam from spreading in your facebook network by clicking the "X" button on the upper right side of the post and report this message as spam.
Make sure that you also delete any malicious application you have provided access to your acccount which causes your account to post this most embarrassing moments ever in beauty contest spam.
Go to your Privacy Settings>Apps and Websites>Edit Your Settings>Apps you use>edit settings button
Find and click on the malicious app. (This may vary, check unfamiliar and new applications).
Click on ‘Edit Settings’ and ‘remove app’.
It would also help if you update your antivirus software to the latest version and scan your computer for malicious programs.
